FS/FT: HP-13 power supply

I have an HP-13 mobile power supply in good physical shape with attached power cord.  There is no 11 pin female plug on end of power cord.  I tried to get it to work but nothng out and again it may be me as I don't have a schematic for it .  I don't want to fool with it so offering it for sale or trade for ham gear.
