sb-200 wire 110v

Hi Guys

how does one switch from 220v to 110v plug end,  on the bottom of the SB-200 i have 4 screws. have that changed to 110 volts. Now i need to change cord end.  i know Green is Ground.

which wire is Neutral and which is Hot,  from the 4 wires on the Heathkit Screw Treminal board.

my manual is no help.
