IT-21 Tube Tester Operating Instructions

I believe the instructions are same as for the TC-1 and TC-2(somebody
correct me if I am wrong).I can send e-mail attachments of TC-1 instructions
if that helps,but I don't know your attachment size limitations(if
any),etc.These would be in pdf format.

I just purchased a IT-21 Heathkit tube tester and I need operating
instructions. Specifically, I need  to know how to use the Short/Leakage
