SB-301/SB-401 problem

Greetings fellow Greenies,

Hope someone can help me out with this problem. Have a 301/401 combo setup in the transceive mode with the 301 LMO controlling. The problem is that when I have my headphones on and transmit, my voice comes through the headphones.

Can someone steer me in the right direction to rectify this?
