Heathkit SB-102 LSB problem

I have picked up a Heath SB-102 transceiver and noticed that the LSB sounds real tinny.  I suspect it is the LSB crystal.  What frequency should I see at the plate of V16B.  Would that be the crystal frequency?

USB sounds A-OK.
