WARC band pack for HW 9

Hi Ken,

Only on rare occasions have I seen the HW-9 warc Band
Pack listed on e-bay, but it might be possible to make
one out of the list of parts given in the kit building
instruction manual.  The only problem I could see
would be in finding the toroids.
