Unfortunately, no.There are couple of outfits(Velleman and Rainbow)that
produce simple,small single circuit board kits of such things as basic power
supplies,audio amps,etc.,and you can buy home radio station transmitting
gear in do it yourself circuit board form.
But nothing like Heath with its sophisticated cabinetry and completeness of
design and functions is still available.

Circuit parts are getting smaller and smaller every day.You need a
magnifying glass to read the parts values stamped on many of them,and
surface mount is taking over,and modern kit building is an exercise in tiny
parts juggling and ultra precise human motor skills that is not to
everyone's liking.Also,people have gotten away from do it yourself and the
mentality today is toward relaxation practices that require very little
thinking.
