Amphenol sold the tooling for these to Wire Pro, who continue to make  them.
They are sold by Newark in their latest catalog. They are part of  the MC
series of connectors.  The "microphone end" is and MC2M type  connector and the
chassis end would be and MC2F type connector.  There is a  considerable sticker
shock buying these new from a regular distributor.   Another route at a
better price is those cigar boxes and plastic dishes full of  junk at your local
hamfest.  If you are willing to clean one up, you can  have it for 50-cents on a
good day.
