Oscilloscope Recommendations:Caution

As usual on ebay, things are not what they seem. This
scope is now at $21, but the seller also wants &18.80
for shipping, which means it's going to cost about $50,
give or take a buck.

In addition, one should contact the seller to find out
what they mean by 'checked and is in good working
condition'. To many ebay sellers, this means they
plugged it in and the pilot light came on.

BTW, this particular seller threatens -- right in the
item description -- to retaliate if the buyer dares to
leave negative feedback for him...
