HP-23C Info Needed

Does anyone have the manual for a Heathkit HP-23C power supply that they
could photocopy for me?  I will pay all copying and postage charges.  I have
one I'm trying to get going.  The manual listed on BAMA is not complete.

Also, I remember a while back someone was offering a retro-fit kit that
upgraded a lot of the components in the HP-23 series of supplies.  I must
have deleted the post.  Could someone please point me to that URL?  Thanks
in advance.
