Bama FTP server down?

I am having problems downloading manuals from the bama FTP site.

Could the webmaster of this site please restart the FTP server (it appears
that the FTP sever has reached some type of maximum limit --- probably due
to hung processes).

I tried sending a message to the webmaster at webmaster at bama.sbc.edu  but
the e-mail bounced.
