Thanks for the help in identifying the function switch part number.  Things
are coming together.  I am going to have to buy a real manual, the scanned
one off the net is missing pages.  Does anyone have the ability to email me
a scan of the fold out from page 107 which includes figure 1-2 as well as
page 108?
