Need Part

Hi Folks,
Recently acquired a nice Heathkit IB-28 impedance bridge for my 
collection.  The clear plastic insulator for the top two connections is 
broken.
I can make one but would like to keep it original.  Does anyone have one 
from an old unit?  MERRY CHRISTMAS and 73.
