Heath xformer paint

Happy New Year to the group.
 
Does, or has anyone on the group repainted Heath transformers, such as
out of the older DX-100, Mohawk etc vintage rigs with an off the shelf
paint ? If so who was the maker, and if there was one, a code number ?
Or, just use flat black ?
