Mic part needed

I have an Electrovoice 727 ceramic microphone that has a bad element in 
it.  Anyone got one
in their junk box that can help me out?    Or if you have a ceramic 
element I could make fit
inside the mic (commonly known as the banana mic) that would be useful 
too...
