DX100 hole?

Two possibilities:
The first is that the transmitter had the spotting
switch installed (Heath did have a modification kit
for doing this). The second is that the unit may have
had the modification kit for the SB-10 installed.
This involved a switch that was installed on the right
hand side.
Normally the holes drilled were 3/8 inch diameter.
