Probable source of ~28.635 MHz interference

AMAZING:

I went to all of the base harmonics of  3.579545. 

7.159.09, 14, 318.18 and 28.635 and found "Birdies" there. I live in an
apartment complex and was hearing more that one birdie, More that one
crystal must have been out of whack  !!
