DX-60B Problem

Ladies & Gentlemen:
 
Can someone suggest a cure for being unable to load the final to 150  ma.  On 
the CW setting I can manage about 100 ma and on AM about 10  ma.  Any help 
would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
