Heathkit-GR-78

I bought a GR-78 a year or so ago.

Like Mike says, the NICAD is always bad.  I actually
took the battery apart.  It is 8 AA cells in series. 
I got 8 solder tab NIMH cells from BatteriesAmerica
and intend to rebuild the pack.  It's one of the many
projects I'll get to someday. :-)
