I remember reading an article a year or two ago about someone making some 
slight changes to an
IG-18 audio generator to improve its distortion specs.  Does anyone know 
where I can find this
article or post on the web?  The reason that I am asking is that I recently 
purchased an IM-5258
Harmonic Distortion analyzer and I connected it to my IG-18 audio generator 
the other night to
check it out.  It measured my oscillator at 1% THD and I confirmed it with 
using an older IM-58
tube analyzer.  Looks like I will tear open the IG-18 tonight to see what I 
can find.  While I am at it,
I may want to perform the modifications at the same time.
