Restore front panel sheene

Greetings keepers of the green.  Recently I aquired a TT-1 tube tester that 
needed some cleaning.  After cleaning the front panel I find the finish 
quite dull and would like to restore some luster or sheen.  Any ideas that 
won't ruin the lettering but improve the finish ???
