Transformer Rewinding - ?

[Technotronic Dimensions]

I seem to recall there was a Ham operator who rewound Power transformers on 
the side, and was quite good at it. Does anyone know the one I mean? Or if 
anyone on this list offers this service, I'd be interested in that too.
