VTVM probe modification

This mod comes up every once in a while. 

Unfortunately it destroys the ONE thing that VTVMs do better than a DMM 
(aside from being an analog readout!!!), that it measure DC voltages on 
very high impedance / high frequency / low voltage points, like the 
grids of tubes. 

Live and learn!  (sometimes......)
