AC Power Transformer Needed

[Technotronic Dimensions]

 This is a unique transformer that has the a multiple outputs

 (1) 150 Vac
 (2)  21 Vac outputs
 (1) 10 Vac


 I am uncertain the type of equipment its used in, but most likely its for
 older Tube type radio or test equipment. If this sounds familiar to anyone,
 or they can locate something, contact me. I thought that possibly some 
older heath equipment or Ham equipment may utilize something similar,
