AR-3 control plate photocopy?

I am restoring an AR-3 receiver without the optional cabinet.  I believe 
this originally had a metal plate probably 10+ inches long and 2 inches high 
below the dial, through which the five control shafts extended.  It was 
painted and lettered.  If someone could provide a photocopy of this plate, I 
could make a replica.  Of course, if someone has this plate that they are 
willing to sell, I would be interested.  I am also looking for the plastic 
pointer for the bandspread knob for this receiver, which I believe was a 
round plastic disc with a radial line, on a bushing for attachment to the 
shaft?
