Parts Searching...PCB Pots.

Guys...
      I am hoping someone knows where to find the small potentiometer(s) 
which were used in the SB/HW series of transceivers.  They
were PCB mounted from the bottom of the board with a 1" long plastic 
shaft that came out the top of the PCB.  I realize that you could 
substitute someother part but I am trying to replicate the original as 
best as possible.  Is it possible to refurbish these parts?  Whatever 
tips you can suggest would be appreciated.
