SB-104A Counter Circuit Board

Hello!

I have seen this question before on the list, but no answer.

Were to buy 74H103 (IC-101 at the Counter Circuit Board in a SB-104A)? 
Heath partnumber 443-70.

I have a not OK working Board A in a SB-104A. The preset frequencys 
are OK. The display frequency says 8.8 MHz when the premix frequency 
coax is connected. It´s changed when tuning the VFO.

I think that the IC-101 (74H103) is not working properly.
