Hi:

Below is the latest 'news' posting I could find on replacement Heath Kit
Jade Green paint, Krylon # 2003. I found out yesterday that
Krylon # 2003 is no longer available here.

Does anyone have information on another paint or process to paint
the Heath SB series outer cases?

Thanks,

Is there such a thing as "Heathkit green" paint?
I think there are two different greens - light
and dark - that Heath used. Anyone know where I
can get some - or what the right name of the color
is? I picked up the 102 and 2102 wattmeters at
a sale, and the covers need a paint job.

The outer cabinet for "most" of the Heathkits i.e. SB-101,102,
SB-200,220, etc. is Krylon "Jade green", to reproduce the "ruff"
texture, spray the final coat from over 12" away.
I did it this way, and the SB-220 I rebuilt, looked like a new unit.
