[William Phelan]

Hey guys, does anyone remember the call sign of a ham from New Jersey  from 
the mid 60's who handled many phone patches from 'Nam? I believe his name  was 
Jules Mangden. His call started with K2, I think. His antenna farm was  
featured on the cover of QST, if I'm not mistaken.
Anyone know where he is today or if he is still a ham?
