Off topic (tube tester)

Hello to all on the list.  I was given a Eico model # 628 tube tester.  I'm looking for a copy of the manual .  I looked on BAMA and it's not there.  Do you have this?  May I have a copy please. I'll take care of any expense.  Thanks.

Also, I'm restoring my Fisher 400 it's an FM wide band receiver.  Anyone on the list have one these?  I need some advice.
