BRIMAR 6146 tubes/ are they any good?

I just received some tubes that were supposed to be NOS RCA plain 6146 (no
A,' 'B,' or 'W' suffix).  Instead arrived as BRIMAR brand plain 6146 tubes -
I've never heard of them.  Are they any good compared to U.S. brands like
GE, RCA, Sylvania, etc.  I don't even know where these were made, or when.
