HW100 misc issues

Hi Group,

The HW100 is almost ready to roar....but there are 2 minor problems I can't
seem to get a grip on :(

The S meter in ALC seems to go backwards instead of forwards. I tweaked the
zero set but didn't make a difference. I seem to recall that this happens
with certain brands of tube?

The second thing is that my dial is now slipping - Do I have to completely
remove the VFO section and dissassemble, or is there an easier "fix"?
