Yep, there are several good web sites around that have a good collection
of SB200/201 data. Personally, I prefer the Harbach "soft-key" module (
http://www.harbachelectronics.com/ ). Entire assembly is on a small board
that fits inside the SB200/201. It's clean and neat and requires no
external power or additional cables. The only cable you need is to go
from the linear to the exciter. I can key my SB200 with my TS-830,
Kenwood Twins, Icom IC-706 MKIIG, IC-756PRO II, Johnson Ranger, Central
Electronics 100V, or any other solid-state or tube rig merely by
connecting the keying line to the linear.
