Problem with SB-102

Greetings All,

A problem has developped on my Sb-102. With the meter
switch in the ALC position the needle is at the 8/400
position. When I sitch over to PLATE and key the
microphone it reads 50ma.  HV is at 800v.
There is no audio and no signals received.

Any ideas?
