HW-18 manual or crystal formula

Anyone have a manual for the HW 18 or HW 18A.   I need the formual for 
figuring the crystal frequency for the frequency of
planned operation.

I just got one and want to put it on our region 4450 Mhz USB 
frequency.   The unit came with SSB generator crystals that I am 
assuming plug into the rear socket .... the one you use depending on 
whether youre going USB or LSB.   They came with the unit, but not in 
the socket.    One has tape on it that says LSB and the other USB, so 
that's what I'm assuming was done.
