SB-200 Standby

I've been given an SB-200, and have been doing the Harbach mods (pwr 
sply bd, fan, soft-start). In the course of the work, I see that there 
is no provision for standby mode, where the linear filaments are lit, 
but the linear is bypassed when the exciter is keyed. Has anyone made 
such a mod, and if so, where might I find instructions for it? Thanks.
