xtal osc overload in Heathkit AT-1 xmtr

Doess anyone have a bias circuilt that wll elliminatte or reduce tthe
xtal oscillator noise in a Heathkit AT-1 transmitter. Something outboard
that could removed easily??

For use on CW only.
