HW 101 choke

Help  Am in need of the choke in the high voltage circuit to the finals of 
the hw 101.   425 uh  part no 45-41  Hoping to find one out there or perhaps 
some one could tell me where  I might find a supply  or a subsitude  Fran  WA3MRC
