You can have the tuning knob I have.  It was a replacement for the SB-102.
Is the one you need the same as an SB102 tuning knob?

Need a main tuning knob to finish restoration and cleanup of an 
SB-104.   It currently has one of the big silver ones on it
from an Apache transmitter.

Willing to trade knob for knob if someone needs and Apache tuning knob.  
Or will buy an SB 104 tuning knob and sell the Apache one.
