HL-2200 Voltmeter

This may be next to impossible but I need the multimeter - plate
voltage, grid ma & relative power out for a Heathkit HL-2200 amp.
The specs on the meter would also be helpful.  The Heath part
number is 407-764.

Any help appreciated.
