Multimeters to resurrect SB220

Hello all. I have my original  sb220 that I am going to work on. I've been
out of the loop for a while and my multimeter is shot.  So I'm looking for a
recommendation for a reasonably priced multimeter and I guess a high voltage
probe for measuring plate voltage etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
