SB220 RFC4 Failure

Hello to all. I did the Harbach mod Diode board and Capacitors on my
original SB220 a while ago. The rig smoked and I buttoned it up to work on
at a later date. I would like some help.

RFC4 Is burned and c16 and c19 look dark. V1 also looks darker that V2. I
want to make sure I didn't screw-up the mod. I was going to check the
voltages without the tubes in. I researched that people eliminate the rfc
and caps and ground the grids. Also I read somewhere that a resistor can be
placed (not sure where) to protect the tubes. I'm assuming that v1 is shot,
is it?? And what is the best replacement.

Also what do you think happened??

Thanks

Larry W1GSH
