For a wide range of US made electrolytic capacitors, you can go directly to the CDE web site, http://www.cde.com

Specifically for a 550 V rating - look at:

Type DCMC, High Capacitance, Computer Grade, 85°C
Type 500C, Long-life, Computer Grade, 95 °C

For Axial leads, look at Type WBR, Industrial Grade, 85 °C

CDE also make the Mallory line of capacitors - but these products only go to 450 V for axial lead electrolytics.

ONCE you have the specific Product Type and Part Number -- you shodul be able to order these throguh your lcoal distributors (e.g. Mouser, Allied, Newark). IT may be a special order (not in stock) .... but you will get the correct part specifications.
