You do realize that Skype represents a security risk as it is not firewall 
friendly? It also uses the machine it runs on as a relay for other Skype 
users turning each user's computer into a relay node for the network while 
it is active.

GoToMyPC routes traffic through their own servers and is open to 
speculation as to its risk.

I know that both have been blocked at the office as security risks. As 
always YMMV.
