IT-11 Cap Checker knobs, posts

I have a really clean Heath  IT-11 Cap Checker that needs two parts.  The 
standard binding posts on the bottom front, marked red and black, are  missing 2 
of the 6 red and black knurled twist connectors.  Does anyone know of a source 
of an exact replacement, or something similar?

On the left and right side is a 3 position knife switch that is missing the 
black plastic connector on the end.  Does anyone know of a source for something 
similar?

The unit is like new otherwise.
