SB-104A VFO Wobbles

I know that this has been covered in the past, but the VFO on my SB-
104A that I am working on has the "wobbles".  Back then, I didnt have a 
104 but I have one now that I am working on.  If I remember correctly 
something about conductive grease in the bearing of the tuning 
capacitor.  But where can I find some of this grease? Looks like the 
stuff for computers are temperture conductive and not electrical.  

I would appreciate hearing from those who have fixed this problem in 
the past.
