SB-401's 'neutralizing' capacitor needed.

Hi,

I am in need of the SB-401's singe section variable 'neutralizing'
capacitor.
-It's C23 in the SB-401 assembly manual (2.7-19.6 pf); Heath P/N: 26-24.

Does any one have one for sale that they can send my; way with the
mounting hardware so much the better)?

Or, is there an exact new/NOS replacement somewhere?
