GD-1295 parts

I wonder if anyone might have some input on the following:



I have a Heathkit GD-1295 Smart Outlet that just burned up some parts. 
Some of the parts look hard to get.
 
1N4653 zener  at 4.7v (unknown wattage)
 
MPS-U10  npn transistor 
 
Heathpart 9-150 thermistor (no cross reference available)
 
Anyone have any information on where to find them?
