Zorched Circuit Boards

From time to time, I see issues/problems discussed that focus on
deteriorated/damaged/burned circuit boards. For example, two that affect
Kenwood hybrid radio owners often are the RF Power Amplifier board and
the Power Supply board. Generally, the solution is refurbishing existing
runs and solder connections, but sometimes requiring patching in wires
to replace runs that are beyond recovery.

My question is this: Does there exist anywhere a library of radio
circuit board masks, such that a graphic of the board mask could be
downloaded and used (perhaps through some of the circuit board
fabricators discussed in earlier messages) to create a new replacement
board?

There are obviously copywrite and patent issues that potentially apply.
But, in the case of thirty-year-old radios such as the hybrids, this is
not likely to be a problem. And, there are examples of board
replacement (usually in the form of modification kits) in today's radio
market. The one that comes immediately to mind is Harbach's Heathkit
SB-200 Power Supply board (and components), which I built and installed
in my own amplifier.

I see potential for such a library, particularly for those of us that
like to work with older radio equipment of whatever brand/manufacture.
So, does anyone know of such a service/library? Anybody interested?
