Do a Google search of the your numbers D571, C945, and C1400 but add 2S in
front of the number.
Like this,     2SD571 , 2SC945, and 2SC1400. I had to leave the /E944 off of

the C1400.

I have a few transistor components with the next Japanese indications on it.

I have to change them including same types NPN or PNP

    1 transistor with the inscription :           D571               NPN or 
PNP type ?

    1 transistor with the inscription :          C945                  NPN 
or PNP type ?

    1 transistor with the inscription :          C1400/E944    NPN or PNP 
type ?


We use hier European numbers like BC or BD,BF and so on it ! (example BC 
337)
